Return Policy
Because all items are custom-made through print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change-of-mind preferences. Please review sizing guides, product descriptions, and previews carefully before placing your order.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To qualify for a replacement/refund:
Report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the problem.
You do not need to return the defective item.
Lost or Undelivered Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our production partner to investigate and provide a replacement if confirmed lost.
In short:
❌ No returns or exchanges for custom items (size, color, or style changes).
✅ Replacements/refunds available for misprints, damage, defects, or lost packages.
⏰ Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date if lost).
